Owned by Pete, Cornershop Coffee is a haven for speciality coffees.

Cups are thrown to a relaxed shape, using locally sourced clay, and a natural glaze finish.

There are a small number of cups, plates and tea sets available to buy in Cornershop.

Pete on the wheel, having a go at throwing his cups!

Yas Bean is a vibrant coffee shop that serves the Macclesfield community with pride, character and so, so much more.

Mugs are made with bold handles, a bright pink glaze and are just a bit silly really.

Each year I will host a Yas Bean sale, which normally sells out within minutes. Sign up to my mailing list to hear about this first!

A surprisingly not chaotic Mika throwing Matcha Bowls on the wheel.

Dick's General Store, run by Dick and Leigh, sells gifts, and reloved treasures, with the spirit of the outdoors.

Mugs are dipped in a rich forest green glaze and designed to snugly cradle your hands.

I drop off (very!) small batches of mugs to Dick’s once or twice a year. I update my instagram and mailing list when I do this!

Not sure I could get more local than this one - I can see Tommy's from my flat!

Great pizza, great cocktails, great neighbours. 10/10. Cocktail cups thrown in a rough stoneware with dark satin glaze. Embossed with a capital T as a nod to Tommy.

These were made as a limited edition set for Tommy’s new cocktail menu.

In my hometown of Bridgend (Pen-y-bont), Beth leads The Station, a lovely shop centred around community.

Inspired by the stone walls of the locals pubs, these mugs feature a classic handle, white washed texture, and are generously sized for a good old cup of tea.

I drop off batches to the Station a few times a year whenever I visit my Mum. Pop in store and chat to Beth to find out when I’m on my way down!
